As part of the benefits and services of the Australian Homestay Network, Students and Hosts will have 24 hour/7 day access to an assistance line providing:

  • Telephone Legal Advice
  • Stress & Trauma Counselling
  • Emergency Interpreter Assistance

Interpreter assistance services are for approved emergency/medical support and not for non-essential day to day assistance.
